Q. Is there a monthly membership fee?

A. No.

Q. What happens if I miss a session?

A. That session credit is deducted from the next month's tuition.

Q. How is Pyramid Exercise Therapy different from other personal training programs?

A. Pyramid Exercise Therapy teaches you how to use the body and manage the forces in your environment EFFECTIVELY.

Q. Is every program customized?

A. Yes. Every program is based on the current state of health, goals, and level of support needed.

Q. How do I get started on my own program?

A. You can set up the Consultation by calling, emailing support@nhg.life, or by clicking on the BUY NOW! buttons under each service offering.

Q. How long does treatment lasts?

A. The length of time in treatment varies by case. Treatment starts at 6 months.

Q. What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

A. NHG requires a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule upcoming sessions. You can do so by calling (703) 495 -3737, sending an email to support@nhg.life, or by directly corresponding with your Provider.

Q. What if I am under a doctor's care?

A. Our treatment plans are made available for you to share with your General Practitioner or Care Team. Also, we will incorporate parts of your Physical Therapy instructions or Post Op self care instructions into your program to further support your recovery.

Q. What if I feel uncomfortable with a specific exercise?

A. You should tell us IMMEDIATELY.

Q. What is a Wellness Check?

A. A Wellness Check is a safety precaution used mostly for seniors living alone. This happens when a Facilitator feels that it is prudent (based on observation) that the Participant is to be contacted (within 2 hours) of the end of session. This can be initiated because of perceived exertion or other concerns relevant to the personal safety of the Participant. If the Participant is not contacted, next of kin or designated point of contact is notified.

Q. How long is each session?

A. Each therapy session can last either 60 or 90 minutes. Group Exercise also can last 60 or 90 minutes. Meditation sessions last 30 minutes.

Q. Is it okay to fall asleep in yoga class?

A. Yes!
